Epitalon is a four-amino-acid peptide originally derived from research on the pineal gland. It is dosed in short cycles for members focused on cellular aging markers, telomere preservation, and circadian and hormonal rhythm restoration.
Epitalon has been shown in research models to upregulate telomerase activity, which slows telomere shortening — a hallmark of cellular aging. It also appears to help normalize the melatonin axis and pineal output, which decline with age.
Generally very well tolerated. Mild injection-site reactions are uncommon. Not used during pregnancy or active malignancy. Long-term human safety data is still developing; cycled dosing is part of the protocol design.
