What it is

B12 Boost is a high-dose methylcobalamin injection used as a foundational restorative protocol. It is appropriate for members with low energy, restricted diets, methylation variants (MTHFR), or recovery from prolonged stress.

How it works

Mechanism of action

Methylcobalamin is the active, methylated form of B12 used directly in homocysteine remethylation, neurotransmitter synthesis, and red blood cell maturation. Intramuscular delivery bypasses the absorption bottleneck of the gut.
